After several years of coaching, we felt our passion start to fade.
Repeated injuries, unmotivated players, constant fatigue, and declining performance: these signals pushed us to rethink our methods. That shift became the starting point of a new vision, where well-being and sustainable performance became the foundations of training.
That’s when the idea of creating SUIVI SPORT emerged. SUIVI SPORT, our web app, aims to support athletes and coaches in their pursuit of performance—while making sure they truly thrive.
Doubt often follows training: are you doing too much or not enough? Fear of fatigue, injuries, or stagnating despite your efforts can kill motivation. And when progress takes time, frustration only grows.

We are Pierre and Julien, and for several years we have been supporting high-level athletes as strength and conditioning coaches. It’s an exciting journey that started in 2014, when Pierre completed his Master’s internship in strength and conditioning at the FC Nantes Academy.
